Maybe you've been trying to heal for year, but still stuck on the hamster wheel of looking for the next guru or coach to tell you what you should do next.

While guidance and support can be very helpful and beneficial, it can become problematic if you're constantly striving and looking for the next thing to "heal" you, rather than looking within.

Healing is an inside job. If we've experience trauma (which I believe we all have), turning within can feel scary as all of our protective parts have been trying to keep us "safe" when really, it's been holding us back.

It takes great courage to truly look at yourself with self-honesty and self-responsibility. Creating Safety allows us to do this with more care, compassion, acceptance, and in a process that retrains our nervous system to feel safe, in our body, mind, and soul.

This is a self-paced course for you to move at your own pace. Take breaks whenever you need. Move at your own pace, take small steps, and believe in yourself and your healing. I believe in you.




I created this course from my own personal journey.

The time came on my journey that I could no longer run from myself. I had the doctors, therapists, coaches, supplements, 2 hour morning routine (checking off all the boxes of meditation, journaling, yoga, walk outside, etc) yet I was still "sick." Anxiety, depression, ptsd, and my chronic illness and autoimmune symptoms were driving my everyday. I didn't feel safe in my body nor my environment (finding mold multiple times). I needed to try something different. It's understood that you need safety in order to heal, but how do I do that when I'm in a constant state of fear and panic? On my journey of "trying all the things" and working with many healers, therapists, coaches, etc, it led me to what I've put in this course. The missing pieces to the foundation of trust, safety, and healing. And from someone who always wants to know "how do I do that?" is how and why this course was created.
